    • OOR-01s is the old OOR sandbox (currently <oor-01.cim3.net>)     (3B2A)
      • this vm will be eventually be phased out (after OOR-01f is installed and tests ok; at which point OOR-01f will be designated OOR-01 <oor-01.cim3.net> via a re-map of the DNS)     (3B2A1)
    • OOR-01f which will run an OOR instance which will eventually (see above) be the sandbox OOR to be called OOR-01 (<oor-01.cim3.net>).     (3B2B)
      • Sumit will be working with Tejas on this install. He will need sudo access on OOR-01f. Tejas will bring Sumit up to speed on the installation procedure on Saturday 10/24/09.     (3B2B1)

    • The DiseaseLink wiki is on the lisf server: diseaselink.ccs.neu.edu. This is password-protected and available only for the DiseaseLink team.     (3F1A)
  • Biobank is tentatively being done by Maximo Gurmendez and Parth Chothani.     (3F2)
    • The Biobank wiki is on the lisf server: biobank.ccs.neu.edu. This site is not yet active.     (3F2A)
  • DataSemantics seminar is a user community with a weekly face-to-face meeting on Thursdays.     (3F3)
  • IBM/Lotus is interested in PMWX for possible incorporation in their commercial products.     (3F4)

Terminology and Acronyms     (3H)

  • Everyone should be consistent in their use of acronyms and the associated terminology.     (3H1)
    • PMWX is our development project to create the "Purple MediaWiki Extension"     (3H1A)
    • A MediaWiki instance with PMWX installed is "Purple MediaWiki (PMW)"     (3H1B)
    • A MediaWiki instance with the "Semantic MediaWiki Extension" installed is "Semantic MediaWiki (SMW)"     (3H1C)
    • A MediaWiki instance with both the "Semantic MediaWiki Extension" and the "Purple MediaWiki Extension (PMWX)" installed is "Purple Semantic MediaWiki (PSMW)"     (3H1D)
    • The combination of the Halo extension with SMW is called SMW+. The current version is 1.4.5. See http://project.cim3.net/forum//pmwx-dev/2009-10/msg00004.html     (3H1E)
      • Peter: we will be including SMW+ as an integral part of the PSMW+ install (and that, as part of the CIM3's CWE 2.0 platform suite)     (3H1E1)
